Shipping

 At Lace Affair we guarantee that all of your orders placed before 3 p.m. EST will be shipped the same day (excluding weekends). All orders submitted after 3 p.m. EST will be shipped the following day (excluding Sundays and holidays).
 

  Domestic orders

•  Standard shipping usually takes between 2-5 business days. We offer $5 flat rate shipping.   Orders over $75 qualify for FREE standard shipping and will be shipped via USPS or FedEx. 
•  Express shipping takes 1-2 business days and cost varies by total amount of your order.

  Canada orders

 For Canada orders you have an option to choose from First Class International, Express Mail and FedEx Ground International. Cost and delivery time vary depending on shipping method. 

• We offer $5 flat rate First Class shipping and FREE shipping on orders over $75. Orders shipped via First Class International Mail arrive between 10-25 business days. Tracking number is not available for this shipping method and lost or stolen packages will not be refunded.
• USPS Express shipping usually takes between 3-5 business days and cost varies by total amount of your order.
• We offer flat rate $27 FedEx Ground International shipping. This shipping method takes 7 business days for delivery and gives you an option to track your package.
• Canadian orders may be subject to VAT and other customs. These are buyer's responsibility. Delays are also possible due to custom regulations, unfortunately we have no control over this and can’t guarantee delivery times.

  International orders

 All International orders will be shipped via USPS International First Class, Priority or Express International Mail. 

•  First Class delivery time varies depending on the country. This shipping method is only available for orders weighing up to 4 lbs and does not provide tracking updates once your package leaves the US. We can not file a claim for missing packages sent via First Class International Mail, and lost or stolen packages will not be refunded.
•  If you want to be able to track your package, please select Priority (takes 14-21 days) or Express International Mail (takes 10-14 days) at the checkout. 
•  International orders may be subject to VAT and other customs. These are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Delays are also possible due to custom regulations, unfortunately we have no control over this and can’t guarantee delivery times.
