Returns
At Lace Affair we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not in love with your new item(s) simply return them, and we will gladly exchange your item or refund it in the original purchase method.
Returns must be received within 30 days from the date they shipped to you to qualify for a full refund.
We offer FREE EXCHANGES AND RETURNS* (for US orders on full priced items only). Please email us at support@laceaffair.com, use our chat or call 1-800-201-8537 to request a prepaid shipping label.
*To qualify for free return shipping, your return or exchange must be postmarked within 7 days from the date you received your order. Returns and exchanges postmarked after 7 days will be a subject to $5 return shipping charge deducted from your refund amount.
• Full priced items items received after 30 days and within 45 days from original shipping date can be returned for exchange or store credit only. Items received after 45 days will be returned to you.
• If you requested exchange and need to return it, such items must be received by us within 30 days from the date they were shipped to you. Items received after 30 days will be eligible for only partial store credit (restocking fee of up to 50% will be applied). Items received after 45 days will be returned to you.
• All FINAL SALE items can not be returned or exchanged.
When returning your items please carefully fill out a form enclosed in the original package, make sure you indicate reason for return (defective merchandise, wrong size, didn’t like it, etc.) and your order number. Please put it in your shipping container along with the items you want to return. If you want to be able to track your return shipment, please make a note of your tracking number. We are not responsible for returns without tracking information that got lost or damaged in transit.

All refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return and will be issued in the original form of payment. Some financial institutions might need up to three business days to post your transaction.
We do not refund shipping fees.
The following reasons can affect your return:
• Item(s) have been worn, washed or damaged. Items returned with perfume, deodorant or makeup stains, smelling of smoke or covered in pet hair. We inspect our merchandise before the original ship and when your return or exchange received. We reserve the right to deny a refund or collect a restocking fee if any of above applies.
• All items with original tags removed are considered worn and will not be refunded. This applies to all clothing items and accessories.
• It has been over 30 days from the day your order was sent out (must be received by us within 30 days).
• It has been over 30 days from the date your exchange order was sent out (items must be received by us within 30 days).
All items that meet any of the above criteria will not be refunded or might be a subject to a restocking fee. Same standards apply to exchange items.
Exchanges
If you wish to make a quick exchange and to ensure availability of the style, simply email us at support@laceaffair.com, chat with us or give us a call at 1-800-201-8537. You can place another order by email, chat or over the phone. We will place and ship your new order right away and email you a label to send your original order back. As soon as your return is received by us, we will issue a refund for returned goods.
If you wish to avoid having additional temporary charges on your credit card, simply send your item(s) back with filled out exchange form. Your exchange order will be shipped as soon as return is received by us.
We offer free shipping and free return label only for first exchange of your order. You can make additional exchanges, but there will be a $5 shipping charge.
