Returns & Exchanges

   At LaceAffair.com we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not in love with your new item(s) simply return them, and we will gladly exchange your item or refund it in the original purchase method.  

  1. Returns must be received within 30 days from original shipping date;
  2. Items received after 30 days and within 45 days are refundable for store credit only;
  3. Returns received in damaged or worn condition will NOT be refunded;
  4. Sale items can only be exchanged or returned for store credit;
  5. Exchanges received after 30 days will be eligible for only partial store credit (restocking fee of up to 50% will be applied); 
  6. Exchanges received after 45 days will be returned to you;
  7. Shipping charges are NOT refundable;
  8. All FINAL SALE items can NOT be returned or exchanged.


  1. A charge of $5 dollars will be deducted from your refund amount when returning for a refund using our return label. To request a Return label, please sign in to your account to submit your return request (make sure your request for label in the comment box). Your return label will be emailed to the same email address you placed your order with, unless advised otherwise;
  2. We offer FREE Exchange . Please sign in to your account to submit your return request for an exchange or email us at support@laceaffair.com to request a prepaid shipping label. 
  3. We offer free shipping and free return label only for the first exchange of your order. You can make additional exchanges, but there will be a $5 shipping charge.
  4. If you wish to avoid having additional temporary charges on your credit card, simply send your item(s) back with filled out exchange form. Your exchange order will be shipped as soon as your return is received by us.
  5. If you wish to make a quick Exchange and to ensure availability of the style, simply place another order for new item(s) and make sure to make a note of your original order number on the Return and Exchange Form. Your new shipping charges will be refunded once you return is received (NOTE:applies only to standard shipping option).
  6. All refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return and will be issued in the original form of payment. Some financial institutions might need up to three business days to post your transaction. We do not refund shipping fees.

 The following reasons can affect your return:

       Item(s) have been worn, washed or damaged. Items returned with perfume, deodorant or makeup stains, smelling of smoke or covered in pet hair. We inspect our merchandise before the original ship and when your return or exchange received. We reserve the right to deny a refund or collect a restocking fee if any of above applies.
    •   All items with original tags removed are considered worn and will not be refunded. This applies to all clothing items and accessories.
    •   It has been over 30 days from the day your order was sent out (must be received by us within 30 days). 
    •   It has been over 30 days from the date your exchange order was sent out (items must be received by us within 30 days). 

 All items that meet any of the above criteria will not be refunded or might be a subject to a restocking fee. Same standards apply to exchange items.
